Summer’s on, in Houston. For the second year, the independent paper, Free Press Houston, hosted the Free Press Summer Fest—a two-day mix of music and mud. Free Press promotes recycling and environmentally-friendly causes throughout the event. 100+ bands/DJ’s performed—double from last year—and included headliners like The Flaming Lips, Kid Sister, and Dead Prez.
